What Is a Seat?

A seat is a single active team member in your organisation. The Owner always occupies one seat. Each additional accepted team invitation occupies one more seat. Pending invitations (not yet accepted) do not count against your seat limit.

Seat limits are enforced per organisation. If you own multiple organisations (possible on Pro and Agency plans), each organisation has its own seat count and limit independent of the others.

Seat Limits by Plan

The Free plan supports only the owner (1 seat total — invitations are disabled). Starter supports 3 seats. Pro supports 10 seats. Agency supports unlimited seats.

If you are on Starter and have 3 active members and you try to invite a fourth person, the invitation will be blocked with a clear error message indicating that your plan's seat limit has been reached. You must either upgrade your plan or remove an existing member to send new invitations.

  • Free: 1 seat (owner only, invitations disabled)
  • Starter: 3 seats
  • Pro: 10 seats
  • Agency: Unlimited seats

Managing Seats

Current seat usage is shown on the Team page (/team): 'X of Y seats used'. To free up a seat, click 'Remove' next to a member's name. The removed member's access is revoked immediately. Their enrichment job history remains visible to Admins and Owners but the removed member can no longer log in to access it.

If a team member leaves your organisation, remove them from the team promptly to free up their seat and prevent any unauthorised access to your enrichment data.
