Free, Starter, Pro & Agency Plans Compared

Plan Overview

Trust Leads offers four plans to match teams of different sizes and enrichment volumes. All plans include the full enrichment pipeline: email validation, MX record lookup, disposable email detection, phone normalisation, lead scoring, and CSV export. The differences between plans are primarily in monthly quota, team seats, API access, and support priority.

Pricing is charged monthly or annually (annual billing saves 20%). All plans can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle — you retain your current plan's features until then.

Feature Differences

Beyond quota and seats, the plans differ in several important feature areas. API access is not available on the Free plan at all. On Starter, the API is read-only: you can retrieve job results and check usage, but you cannot submit new enrichment jobs via API. Pro and Agency plans have full API access including job submission.

Bulk upload limits differ: Free allows up to 500 rows per file, Starter up to 10,000, Pro up to 50,000, and Agency up to 250,000 rows per file. Queue priority also differs: Agency jobs are processed first, followed by Pro, then Starter, then Free.

Choosing the Right Plan

If you are evaluating Trust Leads and enriching fewer than 100 contacts, start with the Free plan. It gives you a full look at the product output quality with no commitment. When you are ready to scale beyond 100 leads per month or need more team members, Starter is the natural next step.

Pro is the most popular plan for growing sales teams. It covers most SMB and mid-market use cases: 10,000 leads per month covers a weekly CRM enrichment run, API access enables integration with your existing outreach stack, and 10 seats covers the typical sales and marketing team.

Annual vs Monthly Billing

Annual billing is available for all paid plans at a 20% discount compared to monthly. On annual billing, you are charged the full year upfront and receive a single invoice for the year. Monthly billing is charged on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

You can switch between annual and monthly billing at any renewal date. If you are on annual billing and want to upgrade to a higher plan mid-year, the upgrade is prorated: you pay for the difference in plan cost for the remaining months of your annual term.
