Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

How to change your subscription plan, what happens to your quota mid-cycle, and how proration works.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade your plan, navigate to /billing or /pricing and click 'Upgrade' on the desired plan. If you already have a payment method on file, the upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle based on the price difference between your old and new plan.

After upgrading, your new quota limit takes effect immediately. If you were on Starter (1,000 leads/month) and upgrade to Pro (10,000 leads/month) on the 15th of the month, you will have the full 10,000 lead quota available for the rest of that month and all subsequent months.

Tip

Upgrading mid-month gives you access to higher quota immediately. If you are close to your Starter limit, upgrading to Pro right away is often more cost-effective than buying a credit pack.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade, navigate to /billing and select the lower plan. Unlike upgrades, downgrades are scheduled rather than immediate: the lower plan takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain your current plan's features and quota until the cycle ends.

If you downgrade and have more team seats active than the lower plan allows, you will be prompted to reduce your team size before the downgrade takes effect. If you do not reduce the team, the downgrade is held in a 'Pending' state until the seat count is within the new plan's limits.

Warning

If you downgrade from Pro (10 seats) to Starter (3 seats) without removing members first, your downgrade will be blocked until you remove the excess team members at /team.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel, navigate to /billing and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle. Your enrichment history, downloaded files (within the 30-day retention window), and account data are preserved after cancellation.

Cancellation does not delete your account. You can resubscribe at any time and will be treated as a returning customer. If you have an unused credit balance when you cancel, those credits remain in your account and are available when you resubscribe.
