How Credit Packs Work
Buy extra enrichment capacity as one-time credit packs that never expire and extend your monthly quota.
What Are Credit Packs?
Credit packs are one-time purchases of additional enrichment capacity, separate from your monthly quota. Unlike monthly quota, credits never expire — they remain in your account balance indefinitely and carry over from month to month.
Credits are designed for teams with variable volume: months where you are enriching a large database import or running a big campaign, you can top up with credits rather than permanently upgrading your plan. Credits cost slightly more per lead than a subscription plan, reflecting their flexibility.
- Starter Pack — 500 credits for $19 ($0.038 per lead)
- Growth Pack — 2,000 credits for $59 ($0.030 per lead)
- Scale Pack — 10,000 credits for $199 ($0.020 per lead)
- Enterprise Pack — 50,000 credits for $799 ($0.016 per lead)
How Credits Are Consumed
Credits and monthly quota work together. Your monthly quota is consumed first. When the monthly quota reaches zero, the system automatically draws from your credit balance to continue processing. This is seamless — there is no configuration needed.
You can check your current credit balance on the Usage page (/usage) or via the API. Credit consumption is logged in Job History — each job shows how many monthly quota and how many credits were consumed.
Tip
Buy credits before you run out of quota to avoid job failures. You cannot purchase credits in the middle of a processing job — the job will fail if quota and credits both reach zero before the job completes.
Purchasing Credits
Navigate to /billing and scroll to the 'Credit Packs' section. Select the pack size that matches your needs and click 'Purchase'. Payment is processed immediately via Stripe using your stored payment method. Credits are added to your balance within seconds of payment confirmation.
Credits are charged as a one-time payment and appear as a separate line item on your invoice, distinct from your subscription. If you need a custom credit volume not covered by the standard pack sizes, contact billing@trustleads.ai.
