Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent, "Customer") and Trust Leads Ltd ("Trust Leads", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Trust Leads platform at trustleads.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Trust Leads provides an AI-powered B2B lead validation and enrichment platform. The service includes email address verification, phone number validation, company domain resolution, lead scoring, CSV/XLSX upload and export, team management, and related features described at trustleads.ai.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to use Trust Leads. The service is intended for business use only — not for personal, household, or consumer purposes.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us at support@trustleads.ai of any unauthorised use

One account per person. You may not share login credentials or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful B2B business purposes. You must not:

• Upload data obtained through scraping, without consent, or in violation of any applicable law
• Use the service to validate leads for spam, unsolicited marketing, or consumer-targeted campaigns without appropriate legal basis
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our algorithms
• Circumvent quota limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to disrupt our systems
• Resell or redistribute enrichment outputs without written authorisation from Trust Leads
• Use the API to build a competing product without prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without notice.

You are the data controller for any personal data you upload. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to process that data and have obtained any necessary consents under applicable law (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other relevant regulations).

Trust Leads processes uploaded data as your data processor, solely to fulfil your enrichment requests. We do not sell, share, or retain your lead data beyond the period described in our Privacy Policy.

You indemnify Trust Leads against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your failure to comply with applicable data protection laws.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Credit packs are purchased as one-off top-ups. Credits do not expire and are deducted before your monthly quota.

Quota: Monthly lead quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Unused leads do not roll over. Enrichment is paused when your quota is reached until the next reset or you upgrade.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry automatically. You will be notified by email. Continued payment failure may result in service suspension.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active paid subscribers.

Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact billing@trustleads.ai for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been used.

Trust Leads and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the platform, including algorithms, software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.

Enrichment outputs (validated and scored lead lists) are owned by you. We claim no rights over your data or your enriched outputs.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Trust Leads does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that enrichment results will be 100% accurate. Lead validation accuracy depends on real-time data availability and third-party infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that using Trust Leads will improve your deliverability rates, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Enrichment outputs should be used as one input in your workflow, not as an absolute guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Leads' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Trust Leads be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

You may cancel your account at any time via the Billing dashboard or by emailing support@trustleads.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will give reasonable prior notice where possible.

On termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

We encourage you to contact support@trustleads.ai first to resolve any issue informally before initiating formal proceedings.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and any Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trust Leads.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger or acquisition.
