14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
If you are not satisfied within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge, we will refund 100% of that charge — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email billing@trustleads.aiwith the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address and the date of the charge. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Eligibility
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscribers to any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency)
- Requests made within 14 calendar days of the initial payment date
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Renewals after the first billing cycle
- Customers who have previously received a refund
- Credit pack purchases (see below)
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
Credit Pack Purchases
Credit packs are one-off purchases that add top-up credits to your account. Credits do not expire and carry over month to month.
Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been used. If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits, contact billing@trustleads.ai within 48 hours of purchase and we will consider a refund at our discretion.
Subscription Renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.
If you wish to cancel before a renewal, you can do so at any time via the Billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations on standard plans. If you believe an error has occurred with a renewal charge, contact billing@trustleads.ai within 7 days.
Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cause us significant administrative cost and may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly — email billing@trustleads.ai and we will respond within 1 business day.
