How do I upload my first lead list?

From your dashboard, click 'Upload CSV'. We accept CSV and XLSX files up to 50 MB. Supported columns: email, phone, first name, last name, company, job title. Column detection is automatic.

What does lead validation actually check?

Email: MX record lookup, SMTP reachability check, disposable/role address detection, spam trap flagging. Phone: carrier lookup, line type (mobile/landline/VoIP), live reachability. Domain: HTTP status, DNS resolution. Each lead receives a score of 0–100.

How long does validation take?

Typically under 60 seconds for lists up to 500 rows. Larger lists may take 2–5 minutes depending on external API response times. You will receive a real-time progress update on screen.

What file formats can I download results in?

CSV (default), XLSX, and JSON. All formats include the original columns plus validation flags, enrichment scores, and enrichment metadata for each row.

What happens when I hit my monthly quota?

Enrichment is paused automatically. You'll see a banner on your dashboard. You can either wait for your quota to reset on the 1st of the next month, upgrade your plan, or buy a one-off credit pack to top up instantly.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. From the Team page, enter a colleague's email to send them an invite. They'll join your organisation with Member access. Admins can manage members and role assignments. Seat limits apply based on your plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing → Manage billing. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Do you offer a free trial?

The Free plan gives you 50 leads per month with no card required. Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you're not happy, email billing@trustleads.ai within 14 days for a full refund.

Is my lead data stored permanently?

No. Upload files and enriched output files are automatically deleted 30 days after job completion. We never sell or share your lead data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I get API access?

API access is available on Pro and Agency plans. Create an API key from Settings → API Keys. Full documentation is available in our Guides.
